About

Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw are designing the first 18 at Rodeo Dunes — a Mike Keiser-developed Dream Golf resort built on 4,000+ acres of towering sand dunes northeast of Denver in Weld County. Keiser owns Sand Valley and is the visionary behind Bandon Dunes; Rodeo Dunes is his fifth resort property and the first to bring Coore/Crenshaw's modern-minimalist design language to the Colorado high plains. The property is part of a working stock-contracting ranch (the Cervi family runs one of North America's premier rodeo operations). Coore has called the land 'some of the most gifted we've ever come across' — high praise from architects with Sand Hills, Streamsong Red, Bandon Trails, and Cabot Cliffs on their résumé. Rodeo Dunes opens for a 2026 preview season (limited to founders, members, and media), with general public tee times starting in 2027. Premium-resort pricing is expected in the $$$$ band, in line with Bandon and Sand Valley peer rates.
