About

Met Links is a 9-hole, par-34 public course in Rhode Island, operating on the restored grounds of the historic Metacomet Country Club. The course reopened in June 2024 following a restoration led by Robert McNeil of Northeast Golf Co. under Marshall Properties development. Six of Donald Ross's original holes have been preserved, with two new holes designed by McNeil to integrate with the existing routing. Met Links is part of the Donald Ross New England Trail, a multi-state destination spanning Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, and holds membership in the Rhode Island Coastal Loop sub-trail. Priced in the budget tier ($), it represents one of the more accessible points of entry on the Ross Trail.
