Winter Park Golf Course is a 9-hole public course set on 25 acres in Winter Park, Florida, part of the Florida Historic Golf Trail. Originally designed by Harley Ward and Dow George and opened in 1914, it is among the oldest golf facilities in the state. In 2015, the City of Winter Park declined developer offers to sell the property and instead committed $1.2 million to a full redesign by Keith Rhebb and Riley Johns, which opened in 2016. The course plays to a par of 35 over 2,480 yards and carries a budget-friendly price point. Since the Rhebb-Johns reimagining, it has been ranked among the 50 best 9-hole courses in the world and is cited as a leading example of the modern community municipal golf model.
