Oasis Golf Club - Palmer Course

Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay's 1995 Palmer Course at Oasis, one of the first desert courses in Mesquite, Nevada, built on 'unique desert canyon landforms never before seen in golf architecture.' When it opened it dazzled both golfers and golf magazines with otherworldly landscapes and towering tee shots into deep desert canyons. The blueprint for Mesquite's eventual emergence as a legitimate Las Vegas-area golf destination. A par-71 course offering five tee decks from 5,000-ish to 7,000+ yards, with what Palmer/Seay positioned as the most scenic desert vistas in Southern Nevada. Courses routed into canyons demand heroic tee shots and reward precision approach play, the kind of dramatic desert golf that became the Mesquite signature. Oasis is Mesquite's only 36-hole facility (Canyons is the sibling course). A consistent pick for top-Mesquite-public rounds and a legitimate trip-builder alongside Wolf Creek and Falcon Ridge.
