Robert Trent Jones Jr. redesigned the Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club in 1967, two years after Bob Baldock's original 1965 routing, when Laurance Rockefeller acquired the property and brought RTJ Jr. in. The course sits in western Wyoming with Grand Teton National Park as the visual backdrop on every shot. RTJ Jr. returned in 2007 for a renovation: redesigned 1st and 15th holes, 20 new tees, and a new state-of-the-art irrigation system. The course has been inside Wyoming's top 5 every year since 1977, including #1 in 1989 and 1993-2003. Currently #4 in Wyoming for 2013, 2019-20, and 2023-26. The course has earned eight Best of Jackson Hole Gold Awards and hosted the 1988 U.S. Amateur Public Links and the 1993 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links. Resort-tier pricing in the $$$ band, a major step up from typical Western public golf, but justified by the Tetons backdrop alone.
Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club's peak-season green fee is around $238 per round. Off-peak rates vary by season. Call the pro shop for current shoulder pricing. Cart, range balls, and caddie fees are typically separate. Estimate the full Jackson Hole trip cost
