One of the oldest layouts in northern Minnesota, built 1924 (some sources cite 1922) at the millionaire publicist Wilfred Hamilton Fawcett's Breezy Point estate, which became Breezy Point Resort in 1921. Patty Berg, Les Bolstad, and Walter Hagen all played the Traditional in its early decades. A short shot-maker's course that rewards accuracy over power. Walking-friendly, mature framing, the trail's clearest connection to early-20th-century Minnesota golf culture. Best as the mid-trip leg-saver between marquee Brainerd cards. NOTE: DB designer attribution "Frank Schaberg (1924)" doesn't appear in any of the Breezy Point official materials or independent reviews I found, neither name nor year is corroborated. Worth manual verification of the architect-of-record before publishing.
Lincoln Homestead State Park Golf Course's peak-season green fee is around $55 per round; off-peak rates drop to about $40. Cart, range balls, and caddie fees are typically separate. Estimate the full Kentucky Bourbon Golf Trail trip cost
