Texas Rangers Golf Club is the world's only Major League Baseball-branded public golf course, a Ken Killian / Dick Nugent 1982 design originally built as Chester W. Ditto Golf Course that underwent a complete Colligan Golf Design renovation in 2018, reopening in 2019 under the new Rangers branding. The 7,010-yard par-72 layout (73.7 rating, 132 slope) sits at 701 Brown Blvd in Arlington, about 10 minutes from Globe Life Field (the Rangers' stadium), making the connection feel natural rather than forced. The Colligan renovation was one of the most celebrated course-makeover projects in the industry: named 'Best New Course' by the Dallas Morning News in 2020 and the second-best renovation in the world by Golf Inc. magazine in 2019. The course features Rangers-themed touches throughout, from course markers to the pro shop inventory, while the Colligan architecture focused on strategic bunker shaping and restored green complexes.
