The Meadows, originally routed by Dick Wilson and Bob Cupp as The Greenbrier's parkland counterpoint to the Old White TPC and the Greenbrier Course. Heavily damaged by the 2016 flood that swept through White Sulphur Springs, and dramatically remodeled in 2017 as part of the Greenbrier's broader post-flood restoration (Keith Foster led much of the resort's course work during this period). DB field for original date (1910 as 'Lakeside') is stale, The Meadows in its current form is a Wilson/Cupp design. The renovated routing features dynamic green complexes, breathtaking mountain vistas, and stacked-sod bunkers throughout. The signature hole is the par-3 12th (162 yards) over Howard's Creek to a green surrounded by three pot bunkers. The par-3 10th (208 yards) has a nice view down the valley and three sod-stacked bunkers, and the 16th is a 442-yard downhill dogleg-left par-4 with a deep bunker right and a creek fronting the green. Ranked #9 in West Virginia by Golf Digest (2025-26). A resort-guest round, pair with Old White TPC (the PGA Tour venue) and the Greenbrier Course for 54 at the Greenbrier.
The Meadows Course at The Greenbrier's peak-season green fee is around $300 per round. Off-peak rates vary by season. Call the pro shop for current shoulder pricing. Cart, range balls, and caddie fees are typically separate. Estimate the full The Greenbrier trip cost
