The Copperhead Course at Innisbrook Resort is the annual host of the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship, known for its demanding finishing stretch called the Snake Pit (holes 16-18). Designed by Larry Packard in 1972 through rolling, densely wooded terrain unusual for Florida, it plays longer and tighter than most resort courses in the state. Consistently ranked among the best resort courses in the country.
