The Legislator is the friendliest of Capitol Hill's three courses near Montgomery — Jones Sr. and Rulewich designed it as the accessible complement to the demanding Judge and the longer Senator. Good for groups with mixed handicaps who want the Capitol Hill experience without getting overwhelmed. The three-course complex on the Alabama River is the Trail's showpiece, and the LPGA's Yokohama Tire Classic is held on the Senator.
