Johnny Miller's 1996 Entrada at Snow Canyon is the signature upscale golf experience of southwestern Utah, a 710-acre Signature Design routing co-authored with Fred Bliss through a desert landscape of red sandstone cliffs, rolling dunes, black lava beds, and rugged arroyos. Golf Digest ranked it among the Top 10 New Upscale Courses in 1997 and has rated it the #1 Best Course in the state of Utah multiple years. The three-hole stretch known as 'The Devil's Triangle' is the course's calling card, carved directly through a black lava flow with forced carries, demanding tee shots between lava outcrops, and greens perched on plateaus where any miss lands on volcanic rock. 7,059 yards par-71 with a 73.6 course rating and 131 slope on ryegrass. Peak green fee $125-175 depending on season; shoulder rates much lower. Fits a St. George trip as the championship card between the Red Rock-themed resort cards at Sand Hollow and Coral Canyon.
