Golden Horseshoe Golf Club's Gold Course is a Robert Trent Jones Sr. design (1963) at Colonial Williamsburg — one of the most celebrated resort courses in Virginia. The par-3 16th plays over a deep ravine to an island green surrounded by azaleas — Jones called it his finest par-3. Ranked on Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Public and consistently among the top courses in the state.
