Lakewood Golf Club - Azalea

Lakewood's Azalea nine dates to 1947 with a Perry Maxwell original later redesigned by Jones Sr. in 1963 — the oldest design lineage on the RTJ Trail. Located at Point Clear on Mobile Bay at the Grand Hotel, it's the Trail's most resort-like setting. The Maxwell/Jones architectural DNA makes it historically interesting even among the Trail's more dramatic layouts.
