About Silverado Resort & Spa - North Course

Silverado Resort's North Course is the PGA Tour venue at the Napa Valley resort, originally a Robert Trent Jones Jr. routing, redesigned by PGA Tour Hall of Famer Johnny Miller before the 2014 PGA Tour debut. Miller tightened landing areas, rebuilt greens, and added the strategic bunkering that defines championship-level play; the course plays 7,138 yards par 72 with narrow tree-lined fairways and deep greenside bunkering. The course has hosted the PGA Tour continuously since 2014, through title sponsors Safeway, Fortinet, and now Procore (the Procore Championship). In 2021 Fortinet became the title sponsor on a six-year deal; Procore took over in 2024. The course's position on the FedExCup Fall schedule makes it one of the few PGA Tour venues where the field is dominated by pros hunting season-long status rather than Sunday glory, a visible difference in how the course plays during tournament week. For resort guests outside tournament week, the North remains the more demanding of Silverado's two courses. Pair it with the more forgiving South Course for the classic two-round Silverado itinerary. The contrast is sharp: North is narrow and defended, South is wider and more rolling.
