Pinehurst No. 10 opened April 3, 2024 as the first new course at Pinehurst in 28 years. Tom Doak and lead associate Angela Moser routed it across a former sand mine, a topographically distinct parcel unlike anything else at the resort, with rugged dunes and native wiregrass exposed by the mining operation. The course plays 7,020 yards at par 70 and immediately drew top-shelf recognition. Golf Digest named it Best New Public Course of 2024, Doak's fifth career Best New Course award, and Sports Illustrated named it Best New Course (Overall) for the year. Seven months after opening, Golf.com debuted it at #88 on its Top 100 Courses in the United States for 2024-25. The North Carolina Golf Panel placed it 14th in the state, the highest debut ever for a new course or one breaking into the NC Top 100.
Pinehurst No. 10's peak-season green fee is around $395 per round. Off-peak rates vary by season. Call the pro shop for current shoulder pricing. Cart, range balls, and caddie fees are typically separate. Estimate the full Pinehurst trip cost
