About

The Woodlands Resort's Tournament Course in the master-planned community north of Houston was originally a Devlin-von Hagge design (1974) that hosted the PGA Tour's Houston Open. Carlton Gipson's 1985 redesign refreshed the layout. The resort setting in The Woodlands' pine forest provides a welcome break from Houston's urban sprawl.
