Gary Panks's 2001 Twin Warriors at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort, winds through the sacred lands of the Tamayame people with 20 ancient cultural sites visible or referenced along the routing. Panks's design preserves the cultural character of the site, which is rare in modern resort golf. The 4th (197-yard par-3) is regularly called 'one of the most attractive holes in New Mexico.' The par-3 13th (186 yards), par-4 7th (489 yards), and par-5 16th (648 yards) are the other notable tests.
