Cedar Creek Golf Course

Cedar Creek Golf Course was designed by the Finger Dye Spann team, Joe Finger, Ken Dye, and Baxter Spann, and opened in 1989 on 208 acres in northwest San Antonio off Kyle Seale Parkway. The course is one of the flagship stops on the Alamo City Golf Trail, San Antonio's municipal golf portfolio, and was comprehensively renovated and reopened in late 2024. 7,158 yards par-72 across dramatic Hill Country elevation changes and strategic doglegs. Four tee sets ranging from 5,500 to 7,100 yards accommodate mixed-skill groups. Golf Advisor describes Cedar Creek as 'resort-quality golf' despite its municipal billing, the rare city-owned course whose conditioning and design pedigree matches resort-level expectations.
