Dan Maples built Heritage Club in 1986 on the former True Blue and Midway rice plantations in Pawleys Island, 600 acres of towering live oaks, magnolias, and freshwater lakes that feel a world away from the Grand Strand's strip-mall golf corridor. Water comes into play on 11 holes. The par-3 13th with its 228-yard water carry is one of the most feared holes in the area, and the 18th framed by ancient oaks is a proper finishing hole. Ranked #7 in South Carolina by Golfweek and named one of Golf Digest's 50 Best Public.
Heritage Club's peak-season green fee is around $160 per round. Off-peak rates vary by season. Call the pro shop for current shoulder pricing. Cart, range balls, and caddie fees are typically separate. Estimate the full Myrtle Beach trip cost
