About

Gary Player designed Steele Canyon in 1991 with 27 holes across three nines — Canyon, Ranch, and Vineyard — each with distinct character. The Canyon nine plays through dramatic elevation changes in the foothills east of San Diego with views that stretch to Mexico on clear days. The rotating nines give groups variety across multi-day stays. Less resort-feel, more raw terrain than the coastal San Diego courses.
